The Texas Health Resources Versant® RN Residency is an 18-week comprehensive education and training system designed to transition newly-graduated registered nurses from students to nursing professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your nursing career, and gain the experience, skills, and confidence to navigate the complexity of hospital life. Through this residency, graduate nurses will be working side-by-side with our elite caregivers and subject-matter-experts to make health care human again.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN license for the state of Texas
Boards MUST be passed prior to starting Residency
Current BLS/CPR certification for health care providers
Official transcripts (submit unofficial until official is available)
Three letters of recommendation (two from instructors)
Essays- details provided at time of scheduling interview
Two-year work agreement upon completion of residency
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as prescription drugs
