Customized Plan

Together, you and a registered licensed dietitian will develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan. The goal of a registered dietitian is to help you achieve healthy eating habits based on your special needs.

Cost

Preventing or improving chronic disease can save money. We can verify your insurance and help you schedule an appointment. For our patients who do not have insurance, we can offer a standard discounted rate. For those who meet Texas Health Resources policy qualifications based on financial need, there may be a full or partial waiver of fees.

Ask your doctor for a referral and call 817-960-6564 to schedule an appointment. We are located in the McRae Building, with parking available in the Vandergriff Parking Garage or north of the McRae Building.
