    If you have scheduled an upcoming service, maternity stay or elective surgery, you can now conveniently pre-register through the Texas Health MyChart patient portal!

    • Texas Health MyChart Website: Find your appointment and click eCheck-In to preregister.
    • Texas Health MyChart app: After logging in, click Appointments. Find your appointment and click eCheck-In to preregister.

  • Birth Certificates

    During your hospital stay, a coordinator will contact you to complete the necessary paperwork to record your baby’s birth. You will be given documentation that you can send to your insurance company. If you have not received a visit from the coordinator, talk with your nurse.

    Get more information on requesting your child’s birth certificate or Social Security information.

  • Language Services

    Texas Health Resources offers language assistance and services at no cost to our patients, families and guests whose preferred language is not English and to people with disabilities.

    Language assistance is available through written information and qualified interpreters including on-site interpreting, over-the-phone interpreting and video remote interpreting in more than 200 languages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    Please ask your caregiver for assistance. Your care team is always available to answer any questions and provide more information.
