What is the Executive Health Program?
The Executive Health Program provides advanced health scans and offers individualized, comprehensive physical exams. With more than 10 years of experience, the Executive Health Program has a history of providing excellent, top-of-the-line care and has conducted more than 600 physicals for senior executives since its inception. How much does it cost?
Prices for services are listed on the Available Services and Cost page.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Plan on scheduling your appointment at least one week in advance.
May I sign on for an Executive Health Program imaging service as an individual or must my company be a participant?

Individuals not associated with one of our contracted companies can come in for imaging services or one of our comprehensive physical packages.

What can I expect when I arrive for my scan?

Do I need to complete paperwork before I come?

How long will I be there?
Expect to stay between 90 minutes and two hours. 

What does a scan involve?

Do the scans hurt?
No, the procedures are painless and noninvasive. No needles or sedation are necessary.

Is it safe?
All body imaging involves low-dose radiation, but the exposure during a procedure is minimal. As with any medical procedure, if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, please inform your physician and the staff before scheduling your exam.

What should I do with the results of my scan?
The printed report and radiologist's comments from each image will be sent to the referring physician as well as the client. Each client is strongly encouraged to discuss the results with their referring physician.

Do you offer medical care for spouses?
Everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the Executive Health Program's available services. A physician referral is necessary to schedule all imaging services except the SmartScoreTM Heart Scan.

What will these imaging services tell me and my physician?
The image helps provide information to a physician that may be useful in the detection of early signs of disease, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease,  lung disease, clogged or hardened arteries, plaque in coronary arteries, tumors, masses of abnormal cells or polyps.

Why is this procedure important to my health?
This type of imaging may help you maintain control of your own health, present and future. If you are in a high-risk category, you may want to monitor your health by investing in a Harris Health Scan on an annual basis or on the advice of your physician.

Can my results be obtained by health insurance companies to ascertain "pre-existing" conditions as a means of denial of coverage?
Your written authorization is required before your information is provided to a health insurance company that did not pay your bill. You must authorize release of your information, specify what information can be disclosed and to whom the information is disclosed.
