The June 17 Healthy Living section of The Dallas Morning News includes a feature about exercising in the hot summer months of North Texas. Melinda Safir, M.S., L.D., R.D., a clinical dietician at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, is one of the featured experts.
HMFW on WFAA-TV
Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital was featured on the 10 p.m. news on June 16 on WFAA-TV (Channel 8) in a story about the benefits of clinical aromatherapy in patient care. Steven Rush, M.D., trauma surgeon on the medical staff at HMFW, and Sue Shields, RN, CCAP, director of cancer care services at HMFW, were interviewed for this story. The story featured both a trauma patient and a high-risk mom-to-be.
