H2OPE, an aquatics program at Harris Methodist HEB and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas for special needs children, was featured in the Healthy Living section of The Dallas Morning News on Aug. 19. Julie Hillis, PT, at HMHEB Hospital, and Sheryl Brown, manager of rehabilitation services at PHD, are both quoted in the article. The classes, which are provided in collaboration with Different Strokes Swim School in Grand Prairie, offer free water exercise and therapy for children at the Finley Ewing Cardiovascular and Fitness Center at PHD and at HMHEB's Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center.
