“We are proud of the quality work our laboratory staff does each day and the great results from our survey reinforce that fact,” said Blake Kretz, FACHE, hospital president.

The accreditation inspection examines more than 3,000 quality control procedures and lab records, such as staff qualifications, equipment, safety protocol and facility management.

Medical Director Arthur Raines, M.D., said he was proud of the department’s effort in the recent accreditation inspection.

“We hold ourselves to high standards and our recent accreditation inspection results are a testament to the consistency and proficiency of the people who work in the lab,” he said.
