Presbyterian Kaufman Employees, Volunteers Send Black Tie Gala Invitations 10/17/2008
KAUFMAN, Texas — Presbyterian Hospital of Kaufman employees and volunteers gathered on Oct. 14 to mail out about 2,000 invitations to the first annual Black Tie Gala on Nov. 8 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
Norma Fortner (left), gala chairwoman and wife of Dr. William Fortner, retired physician and mayor of Kaufman worked with Carolyn Whitehurst, director of human resources, to send invitations.
The gala will benefit the women’s services area of the hospital, which has experienced tremendous growth in recent months.
