Transparency has become a strategic imperative for organizations. Trust grows when patients, employees, community members and senior leaders understand how our leaders operate and what we are doing to meet community expectations.

Texas Health has an ongoing commitment to being transparent about our current state of affairs. In fact, our leaders regularly discuss and address performance shortfalls, expectations and actions that board members, senior leadership, directors, managers and key employees at all levels can take to improve our organizational performance.

We also require employees managing specific tasks to review our Duality and Conflict of Interest Policy and complete a disclosure form annually. These are assessed and shared with governing boards.
