Nutrition Counseling and Packages
Nutritional counseling is a foundational component of good health. Working with a registered dietitian helps you sift through information and create a plan that’s right for you.
  • One-Time Counseling
    Counseling includes a one-time visit or follow-up with a nutrition assessment and education based on your needs.
  • The Meal Planner
    This one-time session includes a nutrition assessment, targeted education and an individualized meal plan.
  • The Grocery Store Tour
    This includes a one-hour personal grocery store tour and label reading and healthy product identification tips.
  • Group Presentation
    This includes a one-hour customized nutrition presentation on a topic of your choice. Topics may include nutrition 101, healthy weight loss, heart health, sports performance or eating out.
  • Nutrition Counseling Session Plus Package
    Includes two one-hour visits — nutrition assessment & education and personal grocery store tour.
  • Getting Started Nutrition Package
    This package is designed for those looking to get started and motivated but are having difficulty holding yourself accountable. It includes a four-week nutrition package with an initial nutrition session, an individualized meal plan, a personal grocery store tour, one follow-up session, and biweekly follow-ups by phone or email.
  • Nutrition for Life Change Package
    This package is designed for those looking to see results and who want extra follow-up and accountability. It includes an eight-week nutrition package with the services offered in the Getting Started Package plus one extra follow-up session.
  • Nutrition for Two Package
    This package is designed for those who want to work with their spouse or significant others on a nutrition program. It includes a two-month nutrition package for both spouses with initial and one-month nutrition sessions, individual meal planning, grocery store tour, recipe modifications, and biweekly follow-ups by phone or email.
  • Nutrition for the Family Package
    This package includes a one-hour group nutrition presentation for the family focused on general healthy eating, eating on the go, and helpful tips for both parents and kids. A grocery store tour is available for parents at an additional cost.
