Mar 2025Dr. Anderson continues to listen to what might be concerning me and he offers a plan for what to do. He is not overly anxious to get a procedure done quickly and I appreciate that. He allows time for me to come back and see how things are going at that time ~Mar 2025Dr. Anderson is the best very detailed, also great bedside manners.Mar 2025PleasedFeb 2025Dr Anderson is a wonderful doctor. If I need surgery again, I would want him as a doctor, if possible.Feb 2025The entire staff is attentive and very helpful and friendly from checking in at the front desk to the Medical Assistant who is always willing to help and ensure a smooth transition.Feb 2025The Physician is kind, thorough, explains all treatments and care, and always has time to answer any questions or concerns.Jan 2025Incredible teamJan 2025What a great team!Dec 2024Outstanding patient experience - warm, detailed, patient with my questions, informed, professional, etcDec 2024[...] I felt I was in amazing hands and that all involved cared deeply about my well being.Dec 2024I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. Anderson. I appreciated his concern for and validation of my symptoms. I was also thankful for his thorough explanation of what is going on with my gallbladder and the proposed (planned) surgery. His approach was "just right" for me. He never talked down to me, he explained things well, giving a brief, yet very clear, mini anatomy lesson in such a way a person without a medical background could understand. I felt heard and understood, and the evidence for this is documented in the notes uploaded to my portal. Dr. Anderson also took the time to best understand my patient history, including severe surgical complications I've experienced in the past. (I had a very different pre-operative appointment one time, and later, after experiencing a significant bleed following a surgery, requiring a follow-up emergency surgery, the doctor told me I had tried to caution him in advance.) For my upcoming robotic surgical procedure with Dr. Anderson, I don't have any big concerns, but It is so comforting to know Dr. Anderson took the time in advance to best understand me as a patient, including my surgical history, including potential scar tissue in surrounding areas. Truly, he left nothing out and I know I'll be in the best hands! As we said goodbye, Dr. Anderson closed with "take care." While I can see that he may have a bit of a no nonsense style, these two words highlighted his compassion.Dec 2024Dr. Anderson is always very professional and explains everything in detail, while answering your questions.Dec 2024Everyone from the front reception to [...] and Dr Anderson are top notch.Dec 2024All went very well Thanks!Dec 2024Very good experience!
