The inaugural grants went to 12 agencies, each leading a local multi-disciplinary collaboration to implement efforts to address the Texas Health Community Impact 2019 regional project objectives.
These grants embody the work of numerous local nonprofit organizations, along with guidance from the Texas Health Community Impact Leadership Councils and support from approximately 20 Texas Health Resources staff members.
