Texas Health Behavioral Health offers a variety of treatment options and will work with you and/or your loved one to determine the appropriate level of care. Available programs are as follows:

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Mental Health

Our Adult Intensive MH-IOP program is designed for individuals coping with a primary mental illness. This program provides group and individual sessions designed to equip patients with the tools needed to function and thrive within their home/community environment. Patients will learn foundational mental health skills, while practicing new ways of coping with the triggers and stressors of everyday life.
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Substance Use Disorder

Our Adult Intensive SUD-IOP program is geared towards patients who are recovering from a substance use disorder and are looking to continue their recovery in a structured, supportive environment. Using group and individual sessions, patients will learn the tools necessary to face the triggers and stressors of everyday life.
