We aim to treat each person as a unique individual with specific needs, preferences and goals, enabling them to achieve the highest quality of life possible.
We have invested significantly over the last 15 years to become an integrated health system. Key highlights of our journey include:
2016: We set out to create a high-quality, consumer-driven, high-reliability health system.
2017: We unveiled a 10-year strategy that puts consumers at the center of everything we do.
2018: We launched Texas Health Community Impact to identify and address health disparities in underserved communities.
2019: We continued removing barriers to care and delivering convenient, personalized services to consumers.
2020: We became one of the largest hubs in North Texas for COVID-19 information, screening, treatment, assessment, and vaccinations.
2021: We introduced strategies to drive diversity, equity and inclusion across Texas Health and our communities.
2022: We celebrated our 25th anniversary by offering North Texas consumers more ways to access care when and where they want it through Texas Health Connect and Texas Health Care at Home.
2023: We expanded access to care, advanced clinical care equity and leveraged artificial intelligence and analytics to improve performance.
