At Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG), we partner with patients for a lifetime of health and well-being. To be the best partner, we need to hear from our patients. Surveys give patients a way to tell us how we can improve.

How Do We Survey?

Patients will get surveys by email or text message 1-5 days after their visit. We send surveys to every patient that sees a THPG doctor. Every patient’s experience matters, and we want to hear as many as possible.

What Do We Do with Feedback?

We share all patient comments with the doctors. However, we do not share comments with harmful information like profanity, slander, or sensitive health information. We also use feedback to improve our care.
