Texas Health’s Community Time Off (CTO) program gives every employee one day a year to volunteer and participate in a local community service project sponsored by a non-profit organization or an associations.

    We believe all employees should have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to nonprofit organizations and associations that align with Texas Health's mission, vision and values. We have created an internal portal of volunteer opportunities that are designed to meet the interests of our employees.
  • What are Your Volunteer Needs?
    If you have a volunteer opportunity you wish to share with our employees, please email an application for review.
  • Who is Eligible?

    The types of groups that are eligible include:

    • Tax exempt under section 501(c)3 Charitable organization
    • Faith organizations
    • Health care/social services organizations
    • Schools
  • Get Reviewed to be Approved!
    If you meet our established guidelines, we will share your volunteer opportunity with our employees in our Community Time Off (CTO) internal portal. In the portal, employees can review and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
