Magnet^® Recognition

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) has recognized five Texas Health hospitals as Magnet^® hospitals — the most prestigious designation honoring nursing services. As the program name implies, a Magnet^®-designated hospital is recognized for its "magnetic" nursing environment where nurses and clinical staff work collaboratively within a positive culture that supports new ideas and evidence-based work practices. Texas Health's five Magnet^® hospitals are:

• Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas
• Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton
• Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth
• Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford
• Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano
• Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth

All other Texas Health wholly-owned hospitals are Pathway to Excellence recognized.
