Our Circle of Giving donors serve our mission by generously giving cumulative gifts of $1,000 each year. These gifts support a variety of programs and services, usually those closest to our donor’s heart. They are truly the backbone of our mission to improve the health of the people we are so privileged to serve.
Rosa Navejar
Rosa Navejar is one of those treasured donors. She said, “Texas Health has been a part of my family for more than 30 years.” Rosa and her daughter, Rachel, contributed to the Jane and John Justin Tower on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth.
“It’s so amazing to be able to give back in honor of my loved ones and the care they received from the hospital,” Rosa said.
Schreiber Family
The Schreiber family feels the same way about Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano. When they moved to Plano more than 10 years ago, they gave little thought to the hospital just down the street. That is until Meredith was rushed to Texas Health Plano for an emergency C-section for her second child, Cole, at just 28 weeks. The NICU became home away from home for Meredith, Rod, and Cole for 89 difficult days.
The quality of care they received inspired them to help support the new Texas Health Plano Family NICU Center. “We were very lucky to have this hospital at our service and we felt it was right to give back,” said Meredith.
“We think of the NICU team as an extension of our family,” said Rod.
And at the Texas Health Resources Foundation, we think of our Circle of Giving donors as members of our family!
