Keep your toddler on the move by initiating new, active games. “Follow the Leader” is a good one.
It helps your child stay active, promotes good imitation and instruction-following skills, and is a gentle way to try out taking turns.
Lead your child all over your house, yard or playground doing both “normal” and silly activities, and be sure to let her be the leader, too, and put you through your paces.
