Many toddlers are happy to stay inside and play with their favorite toys all day, but being cooped up indoors can make a parent feel a bit stir crazy.
Toddlers don’t need elaborate plans or events to encourage them to get outdoors. A simple walk around the block, a trip to the market or just staying in your yard and playing can give your child plenty of enrichment.
Moving at your child’s rate and on her scale is the best route to a happy day for her. But it‘s good to encourage outside time for more physical activity and interacting with nature.
