Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford, celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2023, is committed to providing Northeast Tarrant County with a patient and family-centered approach to care. Parking & Transportation
Free parking is available for all patients and visitors on the Texas Health HEB campus.

Visitor Information
Patients may receive visitors at any time (specialty units, including Behavioral Health, may have some variation). Please check with the nurse regarding specific unit visiting hours and quiet time guidelines, or if you have any special needs or requests.
For safety reasons, latex balloons or other latex products are not allowed (mylar balloons are allowed).

Chapel
The Chapel
People of all faiths are welcome to use the chapel, located on the first floor of the hospital. If you need a chaplain, please ask the nurse or call 817-848-4000.

Julie Balluck, Interim President and Chief Nursing Officer
She is an experienced nursing leader who strives to introduce new ideas to continuously improve and connect teams to achieve desired outcomes in our rapidly changing health care environment. She has authored and co-authored publications in the field of peri anesthesia nursing, the use of ADKAR in change management during the pandemic and leadership development for novice nurse leaders. She is a mentor to staff nurses and both emerging and experienced leaders in healthcare, with a special passion for students. Her vision is to develop multidisciplinary staff accountability through collaborative partnerships to create a quality healthcare consumer experience.
She has been recognized for her leadership by receiving the Texas Nurses Association, Districts 3 & 4 Great 100 Nurse, D Magazine Nursing Excellence Award for Surgery and Leadership, the Clinical Excellence Award from the University of Texas at Arlington and Community Service Award from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Cizik School of Nursing. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Organization of Nurse Executives – North Texas Chapter and ACHE of North Texas.

Scott David Lloyd, Chief Quality and Medical OfficerScott David Lloyd, M.D., M.B.A., is chief quality and medical officer of Texas Health HEB.
He was previously medical director for care management at North Texas Specialty Physicians (NTSP)/Silverback for four years. In this role, he provided medical oversight of the utilization management, disease management and complex case management for over 80,000 Medicare Advantage members. During this period, he also was medical director of the Care N’ Care Insurance Company.
While at NTSP/Silverback, Lloyd developed a nationally recognized community paramedicine program with emergency medical services provider MedStar that closes gaps in care for many local Medicare members. He also led the development of a palliative care program for the plan membership.
Lloyd also served as a hospitalist with Texas Health Physicians Group, working primarily at Texas Health Fort Worth. He is board certified in internal medicine and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Arlington.
