ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake are recipients of the 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Awards. Texas Health facilities received nine recognitions in total.
Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, annually ranks the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience, employee experience, physician experience, clinical quality performance and consumer experience.
“This distinction highlights our continued focus on exceptional patient, employee and physician experiences,” said Kirk King, Hospital Channel chief operating officer. “Our compassionate healthcare environment helps physicians on the hospitals’ medical staffs and our employees provide quality care to North Texans.
Two types of recognition were given: the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® and the Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award. The 2023 Texas Health honorees include:
