Tiffany Northern, FACHE, has been named president of Texas Health Hospital Frisco, effective March 23. She has served as the hospital’s interim president since December.

FRISCO, Texas — Tiffany Northern, FACHE, has been named president of Texas Health Hospital Frisco, effective March 23. She has served as the hospital’s interim president since December.

Northern joined Texas Health Resources in 2021 as chief operating officer at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. In this role, she led the hospital’s strategy and business development efforts, including physician workforce planning, medical group practice development and service line profitability, ensuring operational readiness. She also directed high-impact, multi-year capital projects from concept through construction, including all facility master planning, operating room modernization efforts, a $58 million renovation to the Margot Perot Center for Women and Infants and a projected $150 million renovation to support critical service line growth initiatives.

“Tiffany is a dedicated, thoughtful leader who is committed to developing people and culture and serving the community,” said Kirk King, COO of Hospital Channel for Texas Health. “She is already a proven leader to the team at Texas Health Frisco and I’m excited to see her lead the long-term growth of the hospital.

Northern joined Texas Health Dallas from MedStar Health in Washington, D.C., where she served as the vice president of operations for seven years. Prior to that, she served as an associate chief operating officer for HCA Healthcare in Las Vegas for seven years.

She graduated from Alabama State University in Montgomery, Ala., with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and she earned a master’s degree in health administration from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. Northern is also a fellow of the American College of Health Services Executives (FACHE).

Northern serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Dallas initiative and is a board member of the Abide Women’s Health Services Clinic in South Dallas. She is an alum of Leadership Dallas.
