Formed as Texas Health Supply Chain Services in 2016, OnHand was originally created to bring solutions and contracts to the non-acute market. We started by streamlining procurement and inventory management for 250 physician offices by deploying technology and building a world-class service model to meet the needs of such a large network. We expanded this service to ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and free-standing ER’s.
As our program expanded into contracting and sourcing, we began building a portfolio of solutions that work across the entire continuum of care, including hospitals. We now support all classes of trade in healthcare along with other industries like hospitality, municipalities and higher education. However, we still have our roots firmly planted in healthcare operations and will never forget our original purpose of helping to improve the quality and reliability of patient care, regardless the venue.
Ultimately, our members can expect to be at the top of the supply chain with industry leading contracts and service.
