Texas Health Behavioral Health is part of one of the largest health systems in North Texas, putting years of experience and evidence-based treatment behind individualized treatment plans.
The detox process varies from person to person, so all patients go through the process at a pace appropriate for them in a carefully controlled and supportive environment. -

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program offered by Texas Health allows a patient who is recovering from a mental illness to continue their recovery in a structured, supportive environment. Through group and individual sessions, patients learn the tools they need to build on foundational mental health skills and learn to face the triggers and stressors of everyday life.
Families are also included in the process in individual and multi-family programs to learn how to best support the patient through his or her recovery. IOP programs are offered for adolescents, men and women who live with depression, anxiety, substance abuse or other mental health issues.
