Personify Health Activities

The Be Healthy Reward Program is powered by Personify Health. Through this online and mobile wellness program, eligible employees and their spouses can redeem Be Health rewards and complete a variety of wellness activities to earn rewards. Headspace

A mindfulness-based program that helps you take care of you – mind, body and spirit. Texas Health offers a free monthly premium membership to the Headspace platform, where you can get help with sleep, mindfulness, stress and more. United Health Care Mental Health and Substance Abuse Benefits and Support Services

As a medical plan holder through UnitedHealthcare, you can access convenient on-demand help with stress, anxiety and more right from your fingertips through Self-Care and Talkspace. To access these platforms, register for an account using your UnitedHealthcare information. For details on what mental health services your medical plan covers, follow this link.

Calm: provides programs and tools to help support your mental health and well-being. To help tailor your Calm Health experience, you’ll begin with a short mental health screening. Then, Calm Health will suggest certain programs for you to consider based on where you are in your well-being journey. Calm is available to UnitedHealthcare members at no additional cost.

Talkspace offers 24/7 access to a licensed therapist from your phone or desktop. You’re able to message with a therapist whenever you need, and can choose face-to-face video visits by appointment, including Talkspace Psychiatry. Nutrition Coaching

If you’re looking for guidance on creating a healthy eating plan to meet your specific health and wellness needs, Texas Health has you covered. Real Appeal

Real Appeal is a clinical weight management program that helps United Healthcare members lose weight by focusing on lasting lifestyle changes by taking small, steady, sustainable steps. Real Appeal consists of up to 52 weeks of online support from a Real Appeal transformation coach and a success kit, both provided at no additional cost free of charge to new eligible. Quit for Life Smoking Cessation

Quitting smoking can have immediate health benefits at any age, but it can be a tough habit to break. Quit for Life™ is a tobacco cessation program available to all Texas Health employees and eligible members of their household. Services include individual phone-based counseling with a Quit Coach, personalized Quit Guides providing helpful information so you can stay on track, access to Web Coach, as well as Nicotine Replacement Therapy. Texas Health Employee Relief Fund

The Texas Health employee relief fund provides short-term financial assistance to employees experiencing significant financial hardship due to personal/catastrophic events. This fund awards grants to eligible Texas Health employees to help cover basic and critical needs. Helping Hands Fund

An employee who has experienced a catastrophic event and has used all of their PTO can apply and, if approved, receive PTO hours from the fund. A central system-wide Helping Hands Committee administers the Fund and each request is considered on a case-by-case basis, evaluating the employee’s economic circumstances, nature of the situation or catastrophic event, the estimated length of absence from work, and the amount of PTO available in the Helping Hands Fund. Conflict at work can be a significant source of stress. Specially trained Texas Health PromiseSM Coaches are available at all entities to help employees resolve disputes with others in a collaborative, respectful and mutually agreeable manner. 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Lifeline provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for anyone of any age, including non-English speakers. Anyone can call the Lifeline, whether they are thinking about suicide or not, and get emotional support. 988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) and is now active across the United States. National Domestic Violence Hotline

The National Domestic Violence Hotline is a 24-hour confidential service for adult and youth survivors, victims and those affected by domestic violence, intimate partner violence and relationship abuse. Mission Arlington

Mission Arlington emergency assistance supports individuals in need.
