Lerrill White, Director of CPE
- Served urban and rural churches in New Jersey, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Texas
- A Chaplain and CPE Supervisor in mental health facilities, small community hospitals, regional hospitals and large teaching hospitals
- A Board Certified Chaplain, a Certified ACPE Educator and an ordained minister in the Churches of Christ
- Extensive and exceptional experience in supervising Level I, II and CEC ACPE training since 1978

Ken Ramsey, CPE Manager at Texas Health Fort Worth
Ramsey is a Certified Educator through the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education, with 18 years of experience providing spiritual care services in hospital settings offering a full spectrum of care:
- Group and individual supervision of theology students, community clergy, and laypersons in the delivery of spiritual care to persons in distress or crisis, with attention to the theological and interpersonal dynamics of the pastoral relationship
- Designing, implementing and evaluating curricula for all levels of CPE
- Integration of CPE connection with outpatient clinics
- Spiritual Care of individuals, families and groups in all aspects of life adjustments including grief, family/marital distress, human trauma, illness and addictions
- Expansion of an extended (part-time) CPE program to meet the needs of a growing healthcare setting in an expanding urban environment

Our CPE Programs
We currently offer two CPE programs:
- Extended (part-time) CPE units that require a commitment of 20 hours per week plus periodic overnight on-calls. These units run approximately 5.5 months and offer a stipend.
- Residency (full-time) 40 hours per week plus on-call. This 12-month fixed-term position is exempt, salaried and offers benefits.
